By completing your details above and registering to attend the FP Show, you consent to us sharing your data with select sponsors and event partners. This is only ever done in the context of your role as a professional delegate/exhibitor, for the purposes of enhancing your attendee experience and facilitating the exchange of related financial products, knowledge or tertiary services. The FP Show utilises a mobile app and hybrid platform to enhance our visitor engagement and experience. By registering to attend the Show, you consent to us adding your basic details to the app in order to facilitate networking and in-app communications. Once downloaded, your privacy options are fully manageable via the app itself. Please acknowledge this privacy notice.

The accepted methods of showing COVID-status are as follows:

- NHS COVID-19 Pass via the NHS App or a paper copy. (It is advised individuals apply no later than 48 hours before attending their event to allow for the application to be processed in time.)

- Proof of immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.

- Lateral flow or PCR negative test results text or e-mail, received within 72 hours prior to attending the event. However, it is encouraged that visitors complete their test within 48 hours as some organisers/promoters may request the shorter timeframe.

- If visitors would prefer not to use the NHS App or do not have a smartphone they can obtain a NHS COVID-19 Pass letter (proving vaccination status only) by calling 119 or visiting the NHS website.

- EU Digital or paper COVID Certificate. International visitors can show their equivalent Covid Pass from their country of origin

The health and safety of everyone who visits the Finance Professional Show is our top priority. With that in mind we are implementing COVID-status checks at the entrance to the show to keep visitors and staff safe.

All Contractors, Exhibitors and Visitors attending the FP Show should be prepared to show proof of their COVID-19 status.
